RETURN & REFUND POLICY

REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY (GENERAL)

  1. Application for Returns/Refunds
  2. Subject to the terms and conditions in this Refunds and Return Policy and the Terms of Service, Buyer may apply for return of the purchased items (“Item”) and/or refund prior to the expiry of the UHSB Guarantee Period as stated in the Terms of Service.

    UHSB Guarantee is a service provided by UHSB, on User’s request, to assist Users in dealing with certain conflicts which may arise during the course of a transaction. Users may communicate with each other privately to resolve their differences or approach their relevant local authorities to assist them in overcoming any dispute prior, during or after using UHSB Guarantee.

  3. Application for the Return of an Item
  4. Buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the Item in the following circumstances:
    The Item has not been received by Buyer;
    The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery;
    Seller has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to Buyer;
    The Item delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided; or
    By way of private agreement with Seller and Seller must send his/her confirmation to UHSB confirming such agreement.
    UHSB will review each Buyer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether Buyer’s application is successful.

  5. Rights of UHSB
  6. When UHSB receives an application from Buyer for the return of the Item and/or refund, UHSB may respond to Buyer’s application according to the steps provided by UHSB in the written notification. Seller must respond within the time-frame stipulated in the written notification (the “Stipulated Period”).

  7. Condition of Returning Item
  8. To enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning the Item, Buyer should ensure that the Item, including any complimentary items such as accessories that come with the Item, must be returned to UHSB in the condition received by Buyer on delivery. UHSB recommend Buyer to take a photo of the Item upon receipt.

  9. Liability of Product Return Shipping Fee
    • In the scenario of an unforeseen error from the seller's end (i.e - damaged, faulty or wrong product delivered to the buyer), UHSB will bear buyer's return shipping fee.
    • In the scenario of the buyer's change of mind, buyer shall get UHSB's consent prior to the return request and buyer will bear the return shipping fee.
    • In the scenario where both UHSB-buyer disputing the party liable for the return shipping fee, USHB at its sole discretion will determine the party liable for the return shipping fee.

  10. Refunds
  11. Buyer will only be refunded after UHSB has received the returned Item. The refund will be made to Buyer’s credit/debit card or designated bank account, whichever is applicable.

  12. Communication between Buyer and UHSB
  13. UHSB encourages Users to communicate with UHSB in the event where problem arises in a transaction. Buyer should contact UHSB directly for any issue relating to the Item purchased.

DELIVERY POLICY (For Insurance Business)

INSURANCE POLICY & COVER NOTE DELIVERY (OPTIONAL)
  1. Coverage Area: Whole Malaysia including Sabah & Sarawak
  2. Free delivery will be given for a minimum value of RM1,000.00 per insurance policy
  3. RM10.00 delivery charges will be charged for every insurance policy that have value below RM1,000.00.
  4. Skynet courier services will be use as the delivery medium. The period of the delivery is subject to Skynet services.
  5. While for road tax renewal delivery will be based on the MYeg Service charges. (as per below)

RETURN & REFUND POLICY (For Insurance Business)
  1. Any insurance policy that needs to be canceled or amendment due to mistakes made by one self must be made within 3 days from the date policy issued.
  2. Refund will be given by the insurance company directly through the bank account.
    (InsureValet Customer Care will handle the case until the refund process settle)
  3. For amendment to the issued policy, there may be some forms needed to be filling based on the type of insurance and the insurance company policy. No charges will be made if the amendment is related to personal details. But, charges will be made if the amendment is it is related to the sum insured and period of the insurance. (Charges value is subject the insurance company policy)
  4. Every return, refund and amendment process will directly be entertained and conducted by the InsureValet Customer Care.
